Home Selling Guide

At Champion Real Estate, we pledge to sell your home for the most amount of money, and for the customer to experience a seamless stress -free transaction, so that you can concentrate on what’s important…YOUR NEXT MOVE!

Marketing is our passion. We are always looking for new and creative ways to market our listings. Our homes are marketed on the internet in numerous websites e.g., ZILLOW, TRULIA, REALTOR.COM, MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE, LINKEDIN, FACEBOOK and many more. We also do direct post card mailing campaigns, professionally designed flyers, broker open houses with lunch served by local lenders. At Champion Real Estate, we are not a franchise office and our compensation to our agents is most generous, thereby allowing our agents to spend more money advertising our listings.

Your listing agent will meet with you to preview your home, recommend needed repairs to improve appearance and add value, perform a comparative market analysis, review report with you to determine a sales price, advise you on getting your home ready for showings.
